As an only child, Allyson grew up with dreams of singing, speaking, and doing anything that involved sharing an inspiring message. Full of orneriness and a bit of spunk, she'd grab her mother's Noxzema jar after Sunday church, tip toe in the mirror, and proudly practice her "preaching skills," proclaiming to her invisible audience how God could fill them as full as that jar.
Currently serving as Vice President of Member Services at People's Electric Cooperative, Director of First Impressions at Crosspointe Church, and Speaker, Trainer and Coach with the John Maxwell Team, Allyson inspires corporations, churches, and individuals to connect with clients, customers, churchgoers, and even with themselves through the power of communication.
